People often ask us why CCK hosts age-specific evenings. Our answer, as over-45s ourselves, is simple: because these events are successful and a lot of fun—but you really have to experience them to understand!

As we age, we change, and not all of us become more athletic or fit. However, we often become more comfortable with who we are. We focus on enjoying the present rather than worrying about how we looked at 25. We're not interested in feeling judged or competing for attention against younger folks.

We are confident in what we want, and we’re here to enjoy ourselves fully. After a cocktail or two, the energy and enthusiasm at these events often surpasses that of other nights. Many of our members have been part of this community for a long time, so it’s familiar territory, and everyone is ready to have a good time!

The music is a nostalgic mix from an era with memorable tunes and lyrics that we all know and love!
